Striedinger Medical Group is a medical practice offering a full array of medical services to adults, including annual physicals, Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and management of chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol. We are level 3 certified as a Patient-Center Medical Home (PCMH) by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).

 

Dr. Striedinger is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, and is a Civil Surgeon for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). He has been in practice for over 20 years and is very well-known and highly regarded in the medical community. He has received numerous recognition awards from the American Medical Association, Advocate Physician Partners and America's Top Physicians. The doctor and his entire staff are bilingual in English and Spanish.

 

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 7:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Monday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Tuesday 11:00 am - 6:00 pm

Thursday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Friday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
